What is a Blower Door Test?
We can perform a blower door test. It’s the equivalent of taking your home’s “pressure.” A powerful fan mounts to the frame of an exterior door. The fan pulls air out of the house, lowering the pressure inside, and then we check the results. The higher the outside pressure, the more unsealed cracks and openings you have which often results in air loss and high energy bills.
